wasn't very good at all! After hearing so many great sets live and on computer I was really looking forward to c him playing in cardiff. His mixing was top notch throughout however his set was all over the place! Final 30 minutes was wicked tho.
For the first hour it felt like he was treading water just seeing what the crowd wanted. It was a very trancey set and as the nite in question is mainly a hard dance nite a lot of the people wanted it harder. Also the dj before him emptied the room! The atmosphere wasn't quite there either.
Hopefully with a proper trance crowd it will be better at slinky in July. |
