Tiesto Review @ HOB!!!

Well I will say I was very impressed with his show he dropped some banging tracks I was very happy with what I saw he put a good show he was with he crowd and got us going the sound was decent and the setup was very good also. Im not sure about the tracklist completly
but I do know he played in no order
1. As the Rush Comes(sweeping strings remix)
2. Lethal Industry -Tiesto
3. Tiesto-Adagio for Strings(Encore)
ETC.... I dont Remember what else i heard i know there were more but unfortunelty i forget at the time its late maybe il get more tommorow
Can anyone that went help out with the review and tracklist?? |

omg! what a gig!!!! so in amazing! :)
the track selection was very good, mixing was excellent also. however, the flow was strange, as usual tiesto. nonetheless i had loooooooooots of fun!! :)
playlist.. some of what i remember:
the matrix - take the red pill, blue pill (junkie xl mix)
dave gahan - dirty sticky floos (junxie xl vocal mix)
scott bond vs. solar stone - 3rd earth
mr sam vs. fred baker presents as one - forever waiting
midway - inca
fictivision vs. c-quence - symbols <== best song of the night.. it was definitely a highlight OMG!!!! :D:D:D:D
dj tiesto - nyana (remix)
dj tiesto - faithfulness
dj tiesto - lethal industry
dj tiesto feat. skin - ten
the roc project - never (dj tiesto remix)

plastic boy - live another life

Great that you had fun. He threw down a great set in the big easy as well. I thought "ten" and faithfullness were the same songs?? :conf: ONe is with vocals and one without maybe??
I got to hear flight 643...holy that was nuts. The whole place was crazy, and he threw up his hands and let his huge smile take over his face. You get to hear him at space too. I wish I could see him twice. :( :( :(
I hope the glow set was recorded, and the space set gets recorded. :nervous: |

btw.. he played Obsessions (frank biazzi remix) his last song before Adagio. so crazy1!! |

You saw him in new orleans and didn't invite me. WTF??? j/k of course, I really wanted to go to it, how was it by the way, can you give a more detailed review???

the show was amazing,... Tiesto really did throw down some amazing ,... i about fell on the floor when he dropped 3rd Earth and Lethal Industry,... and 3rd Earth was his 2nd track!! not nearly as crowded as PvD, maybe b/c it was a thursday and obvioulsy not PvD:D, but it had an unusually nice vibe b/c it seemed as if the people were more chill and all happy go lucky around than normal, good visuals behind Tiesto and also more room to dance which was pleasant,... Phil (Ispi) and I met some random Columbians after the show and we hung out for a post party,.. it was really fun and they were some cool cats,... my ty part was that i got arrested this morning on kinda my way home,... it was only for trespassing at a hotel but sucked none the less,... my friday consisted of me sitting in jail,... but back to Tiesto,.... he in OWNED!!!!! nice to see Fox, Ispi(Phil), Raverchikadee(Jamy)+ friend, and Climbatizer,...... boo on Alex(dahippieman), Greg, and Cynthia(Trancyn) for bailing out on me, you all missed a great show,..

Hey steve.
It was a spur of the moment decision really. I decided the night b4, and I just drove and drove, even though I'm kinda sick. I was really tired and weak when I got there, but Noel and tiesto had me dancing for hours and hours. I feel hardcore now haha. Right now, I'm still making a track list (there are so many tracks i don't know/never heard b4), and I'll write a report soon for the tiesto.com website. Check under the section called "party reports." You should register on the forums there.
I know you're a real fan too! You got to see him in austin though. How cool is that. :cool:
