Most mainstream/easily danceable live set? Need a quick response.

Hey guys.
I need to burn a CD for a lady friend of mine, who I'm seeing tonight.. She likes all kinds of trance, but her favorite song is Darude - Sandstorm (recognizable stuff is easy to like).
I need a live set, or a compilation mix that has a lot of mainstream trance.. I know, it's the total opposite of what we usually look for on this forum, but if that's what it takes to convert someone to real trance music, that's what I'll do.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I need to get something before 8pm EST. Stuff like Komodo, Castles in the Sky, mainstream PVD songs, L'esperanza, Blood is Pumping is preferable.

| A mix that i would give thats not really mainstream but really really well done, is Paul Oakenfold Live from Home @ Space in Ibiza...in my opinion a classic set. Great tunes. |

I feel kinda dirty getting that set :) Ray Munn.. the goofy looking MTV VJ. Sigh.
I'll burn it, but is there anything better? Something that's a bit more true to trance, yet mainstream enough to like? |

Why the hell do people like sandstorm beats me
blood is pumpin is one of the worst songs ive heard ..first five times i heard it ..was gr8....i dont have it on my playlist or even on my computer anymore |

haha, GREAT selection jayd.
actually sandstorm is an excellent track, we've just all heard it about 5 billion more times than we needed to, and then it went mainstream. so i dont like it anymore either. but its still good :)
if you dont mind splitting up judge jules live set at qontact, that's a great commercial, mainstream trance set. yes i admit it, its a good set. |

Can you name me some of the tunes that he played ?!?! I see that set posted as one of the best.. would like to know, and then try to look for it :cool:
Ooohhh.. one suggestion, a friend of mine was looking for some of the good trance, I gave him a copy of my Euphoria level 3 CD, and all he does now is asking me for more and more trance CD"s , I mean, is great to help, but when he follows you everywhere for more CD"s gets annoying, but I feel great for just getting people into it ;) .. by the way, he loved the Balearic Bill -- destination sunshine, Binary Finary -- 1999 , CRW -- I feel Love ( Dumonde mix ) , The space brothers -- LEgacy ( show me love ) ( matt darey mix ) |
