If I go for long periods of time without hearing trance (say 5 hours) I start to hum out trance ch00ns to subdue my cravings.

i read somewhere, where your brain changes frequency from delta waves, to alpha waves when listening to music that has a certain kind of beat, it all depends on the person. But apparently the early shamans when they listend to the repitive beat of the drums would go into a trance like state. Alpha waves cause relaxation and an increase in the sertonin levels in the brain. SO umm yea..

Everytime I try to be still and trance is playing, I'll feel my heartbeat go with it... Maybe I'm addicted to trance... I listen to it around 4 hours a day..

your hardly an addict if you only listen to it 4 hours a day. when my radio is on, when im at the computer, when im at work, when im in my car, when im at the club, all i listen to is trance. (and a little progressive here and there) i even dream about wicked tracks and times ive been at the club. just about any other kind of music pisses me off eccept for alternative/rock. i even had to go out and buy a damn mp3 player for my car cause i have over 100 gigs of live sets and 90% of them are all trance. now i would say im deff addicted to trance.:p
drgoodvibe
hrmm.. ok so here it is for me i guess..

I have a suitcase full of mp3 cds, 80% trance, I listen to trance, when i'm at home, in the car, on the subway, when i'm on the computer, when I was at work. I have taken a vacation to Ibiza to be able to hear trance spun by the greatest DJs in some of the best clubs in the world. Yea i'm just a tad addicted.. ;)

i can't live without my trance. i really can't

but then again i can't live without listening to jazz either sooo. hmmm.. trance still wins though. :D
