hey but what about all the sites having diff max amount of characteres?? for instance www.lycos.nl has only like what? 90 or 60.. others have more..
so your max has to be from the smallest max characters.. free sms send compoany...
What will be and is the max now? Try to match icq's :p |

If you had tested the program, you would have noticed the amount changes per Provider ;)
It's mostly between 130 & 144... |

In Belgium Belgacom (the belgian phone company) doesn't allow message from icq on their network, so I will check this out.
