jsut watched this movie...its a MUST WATCH...
heres teh plot..taken off imdb:
In a futuristic world, a strict regime has eliminated war by suppressing emotions: books, art and music are strictly forbidden and feeling is a crime punishable by death. Clerick John Preston (Bale) is a top ranking government agent responsible for destroying those who resist the rules. When he misses a dose of Prozium, a mind-altering drug that hinders emotion, Preston, who has been trained to enforce the strict laws of the new regime, suddenly becomes the only person capable of overthrowing it.

| This movie looked more or less low budget, but some of the fighting scenes are off the hook - very technical. The plot is pretty interesting too...the movie's slogan is "Forget the Matrix" ;) |

NOTE: Do not, I repeat, do NOT watch this movie if you have seen Malibu's Most Wanted recently....I did, and everything just felt wrong, really really wrong.
I kept expecting to hear "Dont be hatin'!" from Christian Bale, and thats about as wrong as it can get. |

| Isn't Sean Bean in this? (Boromir from Fellowship of the Ring) I heard he dies in the first 5 minutes!! He's one of my favourite actors, but never gets ing starring parts! |

oopsy....I only knew this because I read Roger Ebert's review and it was stated in a few other reviews as well. I guess that's why Bean isn't on the cover.:p |
