Hi everybody,
I'm a starting dj and would like to buy a good quality mixer. i've done some research on several site and I'm interested in the following 3 mixers:
Pioneer DJM-300
Numark PD01
Stanton RM-100
Does anyone knows something more about these mixers, if yes which one would you recommend for me( I play progressive/house/trance).
Other recommendations or tips are also very welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Jerry |

This is a (VERY) good Mixer for 429€. If i was you, i'd go for this one.
the PPD01. A pretty good scratch mixer, not that good for techno.
Also, a higher price scale. 569€.
but, people seem to be vey satisfied about this mixer.
Bah, i don't like this one very much. |

Jerry, if you are a starting DJ and are playing those genres which are pretty much same as I do, I suggest getting at least a 3 channel mixer, trust me 3rd channel is handy, so already disregard Numark PPD01 and DJM300, Stanton RM100 is a 19" mixer with effects loop and I don't think you need to spend extra money on that unless you are going to have an external effects processor. I suggest getting Numark Fusion Series Matrix 3, or something like Behringer VMX300 which is half the cost and excellent choice for beginners to intermmediate level DJs. PM for Price Quotes, I work for ProAudio online shop. Cheers!!! |

well, ya, not a bad mixer. It has these little effects that no1 ever uses, so, that's included in the price too huh... And, I don't think 400$ will be enuf, cuz here they cost 450-500€...
I'd really suggest the VMX300 |
