Shane 54 is a guy who visits a forum I go to also, which is "Dutch Trance Force" & this is what he said:

I just downloaded this track . . .
and i am not one to call any track cheese unless it's well deserved but this track deserves it BIG time . . .
It started off ok then the vocals started and i wanted to barf. . .
It would be a lot better as a dub . . ie NO Vocals . . .
As it stands right now i got to say it sounds like a glorified POP song . . .
sorry Guys but that is my opinion and i am entitled to it :)

i thought it was good.. my friends told me it was okay...
but i read a review in a site which said this was very good...
so i wanted to download it to see how it is...
altough you think it sux i will still dl it...

even thou i may think it sux u are doing the best thing in Downloading it for yourself and making your own mind up,
we all have our veiws and some ppl ask for them but at the end of the day it's always best to make up your own mind.
U may really enjoy this track :)

i got the trax. ah good at some parts, bad at other parts, overall - not good cheese.
rising star vs shane 54
the vocals don't have the range, some of the lyrics were squashed in fast to flow with the tempo of track. The vocals near the end was messy.
i wouldnt say its like pop, more like new wave discoish with the vocals. |
