Who can tell me what software i have to use to create music ( trance, hardtrance )

And how to start..

THNX
Flotser
if you ask me,
the best software to start with, and continue with for along long time maybe forever :)
is
Fruity Loops Studio 4.1

and the best way to start is to be patiant and start reading the manual while trying out the new things you learn. also very good is to check out the demo songs that come with fruity and see how stuff are created, arranged, how effects are applied etc.

good luck :wtf:

Well, like many have said:
There is no best program. Everyone has different preferences and working methods. Try out all programs and see what suits you the best.

try out reason 2,

i find it sounds better than fruity loops, and is easier to use (i know some people will disagree with me here :tongue3 )
hey cheggy
Am I the only one here that still uses Rebirth. Not a complete package and the 808 and 909 don't sound crash hot, but its the best alternative to using a real tb-303 if you want to make acid sounds.

depends. I use reason. Tried other stuff, but i think reason is my favorite. I say just get a bunch of demos and see what you like best right off, then use that for a while.

i hate these kinda questions.

there is alot of other threads telling you about what kinda software there is.

its really up to you, to try them and decide for yourself what you like best.

I'd recommend FruityLoops because when you jump into it, it immediately gives you a pre-arrangement of simple beats and hats, so you can see how percussion works; and then you can start from there.

But, of course, everyone has their own favorite program - just see what you like and stick with it!

from what i hear reason is the best software their is for creating electronic tunes!

Rebirth rocks for acid sounds.... bang it through rewire into cubase and you can make just about any drum sound using plug ins to effect the 808 and 909 outputs.....

For the millionth time:
There is NO such thing as better software. Every program has its strong points and weak points. The end result depends on the user, not the gear.
