Setting up a VPN ???

Hey
im wondering if anyone can help?
at the office i have 5 computers running on the network all connect to dsl internet.
at home i want to be able tunnel in to those 5 computers, here i have a dlink router.
im not very good with vpn's and i guess it shows
can anyone tel me what i would need? or how i would go about setting a vpn up?
