do you guys feel that now that you have a song that everyone has loved, that you have to match that production or improve on it...or more or less is there an added pressure to your production. personally i think that i would definitely be worried about just having one great tune and nothing else?? so, how is it???

Huh? You dreaming? Have you seen the amount of crap songs that get released anyway? I mean, there's a lot of people who have had stuff released (or have paid to get some copies on vinly pressed) who, quite frankly, you would advise to get better before they try again.

touche, but i think that i was referring to people like robstar, robert, christian rusch, etc... they put out songs that people liked...and i wonder if they will have as much success as they did the first time around...

Hey Floorfiller, I know it's a good question, I just couldn't resist having a bit of fun ;)

I haven't had anything released, but it's a driving ambition. I know some people only make music for their own pleasure, but most people want to get stuff released. I'd imagine that once you have, you'd want to do so again, and again, etc. And with that, naturally you'd want to make better tracks!

But, at the end of the day, I think it would be better to have put out one well received and loved tune than ten crap ones.
