released with the movie?
i think..the melody was influenced by the theme from the movie.
otherwise, they weren't much related. |

the Leama song was released like two years after the movie came out, so at best one can say that it was "inspired" by the film.
On a 6 degrees of separation note, after the official soundtrack to Requiem For a Dream was released, the studio also released a second soundtrack with remixed tunes, one of which was a Paul Oakenfold track. Leama's Requiem was released on oakie's perfecto, giving us a circuitous connection... |
