I kno someone here has to have their tounge pierced. I was thinking about doing it pretty soon and I wanted advice. I found this ball that lights up and flashes that would look soooo awesome at a club or somethin...
also did it hurt when you got it done? how much did you pay? |

I wouldn't do it bud... There's a reason why:
1) It hurts so bloody much when it gets pierced...
2) It heals so bloody fast if you take the tongue ring out for a while (closes up, etc.)
The reason being, your tongue is tellin' you "don't frikkin pierce me!"
Think about it. It's a muscle. Would you pierce your bicep or something? At least with ear piercing/belly button piercing, etc., you are pretty much only piercing fat/adipose tissue (AFAIK).
You can get some nasty infections too... |

yeah, guys w/ tongue studs are seen as gay. Just a fact. I almost did it because girls love it so much, but if people dont know you the first thought is always "fag". In the end that stopped me from getting it. Everyone I know with them said it didnt hurt, didnt get infected, and was the simplest piercing job theyve done.
has pros and cons. basically up 2 u w how much you wanna take from people. |

my personal advice is not to get it, people who had it done told me it hurt, and if the piercing goes in a tad wrong then your tongue can swell up and youre in trouble.
And i also heard its very bad for yr teeth, as mettals corode bones etc.
And i dont even like it ona chik, its just so enoyin seing people play with it.
Do what you realy want to do but i personaly if i was you wouldnt. |

I've had mine for the last 5 years and haven't had any problems
so far. It hurt for like one second and was swollen for a few days but after
that evrything was okay.
Guys aren't gay for getting their tongues peirced I kinda like it, and
not for any sexual reasons.
I think that if you really like, and want it then you should get it.:p |
