There is going to be a new web site that has never been done before. It will cater to the underground electronic DJ scene in the Bay Area, with styles of music ranging from House, Trance, NRG, Hard Trance, Hard House, Jungle, DnB, Ambient, Acid Jazz, Turntablism, etc. (I think you get the point). Interested? Keep reading...
Does this fit your description? An electronic DJ or composer that is too talented for their own good, but doesn't know how to get themselves known...
...This is where we come in.
If you think you got some killer dj mixes or some tracks you put together yourself, then we are looking (more specifically, listening) for you. We're looking for 25-50 talented DJ's and composers to get the site launched with fresh, off-the-hook slammin' music. We're looking for 160kbps - 192kbps mp3's of your mixes or tracks. If we like what we hear, then we'll give you a free 6-month membership to our site. More details will be explained once we make contact with you.
We are just like you - we are doing this for the music, and for the electronic community. This site will cater to the electronic DJ's in every aspect imaginable.
If you are interested, please email djunderground@wctech.net with a link to where we can listen to your music. Remember, it can be either a complete mix, or just a track you created. If you don't have a link to your music, still send an email. If you have to send it to us on a CD in the mail, so be it. Whatever it takes for us to hear your music. If you're dedicated enough, you'll get it to us.
Did I mention this site will be viewed on a daily basis by record labels and music producers?
More information will follow once we do get in contact with you. Due to the site being 2-3 weeks away from completion, we can't say much without some sort of confidentiality. So shoot us an email to djunderground@wctech.net so we can start talking.
If you're serious about DJ'ing, send us an email. If you're not, don't bother.
This is for DJ's of the Bay Area ONLY. If you don't know what the Bay Area is, you don't live there. |
