| Thanks Pez for judging. Can you also let me know of feedback on the mix I made. I'm really into "harmonic mixing" when i do both computer mixing and live mixing. So i like mixing tracks that are in the same key. I tried to do that w/ most of this mix and others I do. I would love yours and other feedback. Thanks |

Thx a lot for this precise analyse but i have some little questions.
the first one is what do you precisely mean by transition harmonize
and my second question is how can i avoid lost of energy ?
the third question is that you said that between ayl & fila and pulser it was a crossfader mix ?? do you mean i dropped the song immediately (with the crossfader ??)
thx a lot for helping me because in the latest competition i had the same remarks so i would like to progress because this time i have the feeling that i stagnate.
Hope you will understand my bad english and for the next Kompo i will use only tracks that nobody knows :).

Beatmatching : good in general , there wasn't a big mistake.
Transition Harmonic : Your mix were a bit annoying , there wasn t a real progression due to some "late" transition . some pbs with the gain too |

Bladerunner : I will just comment 'mistakes' you made in some transition . Other transitions are very good (That s why you won lol)
01->02 Aalto - Rush (Super 8 vs. Orkidea remix)
- Transition is a bit off at the beginning but you saved it.
03->04 Signum feat katana - Third Dimension
- At the end of the transition , there are no bass for each tracks and it doesn t sounds very good.
09->10 Nitromethane - Time to Die (Cosmicman remix)
- not very in synch but you saved it once again
+ Track selection is excellent , all songs are in the rythm ,energic trance. And good choice to finish the set with Project Magneta.
+ Beatmatching : 2 or 3 transitions with a small gaps at the beginning , but you saved them every time. very good skill rest of the set.
+ Transition Harmonyze : no pbs with the gain , just a bad atmosphere in one transition (03->04) . Other transitions are very good , you 'changed' bass at the good time. Very nice continue flow from the beginning to the end.

I don t think it s necessary too see his results. You may have a lower score at a battle but your mix can be better than the last. It just depends of the competition. |
