OFSAA Track & Field 2003

So Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations held its Track & Field 2003 finals this weekend in St. Catharines. It started thursday and ended this afternoon.
My pole vault team qualified 2 juniors and 1 senior (me) and 1 girl. In other competitions that i've been to (ie invetationals, district meets, regional meets) it's not as prestigious as the Ontario finals. Down there u really get treated like an athlete. There is alotta strict rules and stuff. Oh and u can't wear anything that's not Nike so that kinda limited my wardrobe. Otherwise, acomodations: we stayed in a hotel, 4 to a room but it was big enough for the 4 of us so it's all good.
We had alotta fun and since most of our events where in one day, we had some time to chill, go shopping and pick up chicks lol.
jk... we didn't mac....alot
anyway the score:
Vibe: 8/10
People: 9/10 (so many cute chicks...well hello, very athletic chicks)
Free stuff: 10/10 (can try out new Nike shoes, free gatorate, free shampoo, soap bars, towles.. etc etc
Overall: 7/10
ps. junior guys placed 4th and 8th (in ontario junior)
i happend to place 18th..in the sr dev. (i didn't have a good day... comeon, not enough trance was packed with me.. only 26 sets or so :whip: )

| i went to ofsaa for the and ran the 400mh. it wasnt that great of a track meet this year, the location was meant for a fall fair, not OFSAA, ive been to ofsaa 4 times and this was the worst yet. oh well, there was good athletes and its always a treat. |
