Discogs says it was released before D-Clash, so is it possibly the other way around, or that they were produced independently?

josh wink
stole a riff of a song by dan bell who runs 7th city records (ironically) and used it in a song. Dan Bell wanted to sue but he knew it would cost him a fortune.
he also stole lil louis - french kiss without permission
he released the white label and the record company that signed it fought it out with another just to get it released. |
