The guy who does that annoying voice is Pete Moutso from Washington DC's popular club called: GLOW.
It was done on a night Armin played there and he thought it was cool I guess to use it in his ASOT shows from that day on. Quite annoying if you ask me. |

| I don't think the guy's voice is annoying...it's kinda cool actually. At least it's not somebody TALKING over Armin's set (ahem ID&T? or also a PvD @ Gatecrasher set I have from 99 where some guy SINGS overtop of his set, wtf! *shudders*) |
