Also go to Options --> Midi settings and set Master Sync Output to Mircosoft GS Wavetable SW Synth and maybe also select it in the list in the middle (I had Microsoft MIDI Mapper selected).

Also when using multiple Midi Outs put them om different channels inside the samplers (right where you change the patch etc).

how do you make midis? do you have to do it from a keyboard or is there some other way?

with a midi sequencer like cubase, logic, etc you can do that without a keyboard

Ok, normally i dont request, i make my own, but ive been trying to make a midi on and off for a few months now and still i havent managed to get it sounding right.
but could someone please make a midi for DJ Hinx - El Viendo (Martin Eyerer Remix). ive just included what i have done so far, if someone wants to use it to either work from or just to see how far ive got with it feel free to do so:
