hey I know this thread probably been done before but i would really appreciate all your responses to the number of E's each of u have done in your life / frquency and over how long? it would just help ease my mind cos recently i been feeling like i done too much and am paranoid bout happening to me regarding my body...anyone else feel like this? k well hit me up wit feedback

prob will but i figure its more in my head than anything actually wrong wit me physically...its manageable but its like this constant ing nagging doubts an thoughts in the back of my mind basically anxiety i reckon |
