Cues...????

In the Track listing forum, I saw a bunch of posts asking for Cues listings...Can anyone explain to me what cue's are? Is it a sample of some kind that the dj mixes in between songs?? <---I'm just guessing I really don't know...

Cue = A .txt file that lets you split up tracks when used to burn a cd, you take a long Mp3 file (say about 68 Mins for ex.), then load the cue sheet for the set and bam.. When the cd comes out the tracks are split up just like they are when you buy the cd strait from the stores. No gaps, no cuts, non-stop high energy music hehe. Cue's are usually used for Live sets and Complimations. Cues can also be made. Most comes cue sheet burner programs are:
