| Hi, I'm really sorry to be posting this in english, but can you recommend any DJ's that play bossanova or traditional Brazilian music? I've been listening to Nicola Conte lately and I love it. Thanks for the recommendations, and sorry again. |

DJ Patife & Fernanda Porto - so tinha que ser com vocź and some others were overplayed in UK @ 2000-2001 years.... "Garota de Ipanema" maybe the most known music track from bossanova rhythm, produced by Tom Jobim and Vinicius de Moraes compositors.
check out on amazon.com albums from artists of genre, maybe u will to find some names... anyway here in brazil is over. |

how about caetano veloso?
strangely enough...with the mixing of cultures
he sings a song in spanish, but still keeping his style in the movie 'talk to her' (hable con ella)
i think it's called 'paloma'

he also has a son...who sings
well
some strange mix of traditional brazilian with some electro grooves
