| i wish glow was held at a bigger venue...i'm sick of the way they handle events there- its become this chaotic free for all. the line will be long as hell unless you get there at like 9pm which i am not about to do. one time we got there at 10 to pay the reduced admission and we were like, in the horrible hip hop room/3rd world prison/hell until armin came on at 1...blahhhh... |

the venue itself is actually quite big, you are just basing size on the 1st floor, but the club itself holds well over 1,500 people. When the club opens at 9-10 pm you NEVER go to the hiphop room, its never even open that early. They shuffle you into the glow room till about 11 then they open the next 2 floors. If you were stuck in the hip-hop room then you went in the wrong line. Thats the problem glow has. They have 4 gates out front on the left. the 1st gate closest to the street is pre-paid tickets/comps(vip) thats the fastest line. The next line is the people paying to get in regularly, 2nd fastest line. Then is the guestlist line for TA/EZ Dreamer/Club Planet/Panormama/Etc... thats why it is the slowest line. I have been trying to work on that with Pete for awhile, but he doesnt play favorites and I respect that. The last line next to the wall is usually the hip-hop line, its not hard to figure out why with all the big booty ho's and the men who love them. :p |
