I believe this should be repeated since most people here (and mostly kids that is) don't seem to understand even what a sell-out is, before using the word to accuse someone.
As for me, I'm glad that Tiesto sells out everywhere he plays because he deserves to do so..

| Nice tune, but for those who say he's a sellout let me ask you this: What if Tiesto really likes Coke? It wouldn't be selling out if he liked the product would it? He'd be selling out if he is morally against the company or its ways of doing business. And as others have said it is great publicity for trance. |

I totally agree with you on that.
Doing a stupid song with one of the most commercial boybands the world has ever seen, THAT'S selling out.
Besides that I understand people calling him a sell-out about that commercial. Sure wanting to earn money isn't a bad thing, but selling your musical soul and emotion to some big commercial brand is. Tiësto's music used to be meant for real music lovers, not for some stupid tv-watching kids. |
