My thoughts exactly, half of you people are missing the point of this thread...I think the problem may be that half of you weren't around when these tunes were big. |

| "What you guys may have heard, others might not have heard." To be fair, I tried to stay away from the insanely obvious ones and also tried to pick some newer tunes that users might not have heard of, but in your super-trance-leetness youre forgetting that some people might not have heard of these tunes, or these particular mixes. Yes, I am from the United States, and I know i picked a good deal of old tunes, but if you werent around during that time, there are probably some on that list that you missed. Im in the hub alot (and by this I mean the OTHER hub), and i often get requests for older tunes, and get good response from these answers. And if it bothers you that much that im posting a bit off topic, PM me and tell me: just as you dont want to read my digression from topic, i dont like to read all these random hate posts in *every thread. Not to say that I dont also make the smart ass little quip now and then, but it is getting to be like this on every topic..../me shrugs.... |

| Ok, I admit I maybe shouldn't have mentioned resurection or universal nation, but to be honest, there aren't many trance parties around here so I don't know which ones are popular and which ones aren't. Most of what I get I download from the net, so it's not easy to tell whether the track is popular or not. I didn't know minimalistix - close cover was so popular for instance, I have heard it only once before. |

it reached #12 in the UK pop music charts - so ah... it was a very mainstream/commercial.
I would imagine it had simular chart sucesss in mainland europe (belgium/holland etc). |
