| This has happened a couple of times to me and I don't know how. I wake up to find that my jaw is dislocated or something and I need to "pop" it back into place. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? |

| i think i have the same problem , it's been like that for almost 3 years now , when i open my mouth fully there's this "clack" thing that happens ... i remember the dentist telling me it's ok as it is now ... but i gotta admit it's annoying specially when you're eating a big ass sandwich |

Maybe that's why you have it LOL. I don't eat anything that big though. |

| no man i think it's due to the pillow i used to sleep on ... |

| My dad used to have a jaw that cracked his whole life, but then it went away mysteriously a couple of years ago. |

| That's the downside of hearing too many jaw-dropping tunes. |

| My jaw used to crack all the time as well. It's gone away for the most part. It still does it very rarely - usually after a big night of jaw-clenching action. :D |

it happened to me for a while late at nite
say like its around 10ish...ur on the internet for around abt 3 hours till 1am
since ur alone, u dont open ur mouth...u just sit there and surf...
then when u go to yawn...ur jaw locks up and it hurts
thats what i had for a few weeks...i think its due to the lactic acid in ur mouth muscles and like that...
now i yawn frequently and eat frequently to prevent this...it works
ive never had the lockup when i wake up tho....just late at nite |
