Matrix 2: Compile a list of other movies they blatantly ripped off?

| I'm kind of ignorant when it comes to quantity of movies seen. I only started watching real movies in 10th grade, before when I'd only see like the same 5 kiddie type movies over and over again... sooooo only recently I saw Terminator 2 for the first time and I was horrified to see how blatantly Matrix 2 copied the highway, truck driver changed into the bad guy and now chasing the motorcyclists scene from Terminator 2. Who knows what other scenes were 'borrowed', I need others' help to figure it out because I haven't seen a lot of the standard movies people see around where I come from (NE USA). By the way I'm not trying to insult the Matrix as my main goal, I was just sad because I saw it, liked it, especially that scene then found out later that they didn't really make up the idea after all... |

| Yeah they definately ripped off the terminator. That was one of my favourite movies, that's probably why I liked the Matrix so much. If anything, they ripped off Kazzam. |

how about we better compile a list of all movies that ripped of Matrix 1? with the special effects, you know? even the parodies

how about the plot from monsters inc. hehe.
the monsters use human screams as an energy source and in the matrix the machines use human body heat as their energy source.
the monsters use doors as portals to get from their world into the human world while in the matrix they use phone booths.
neo can move around in the matrix and not be afriad of the agents while boo (the little girl) can move around in the monster world and not be afraid of the monsters.
that is all i have for now.......
