i'm moving to toronto in july; which would give me the whole month to arrange an apartment and move in in august.
it would have to be in the downtown area; or anywhere in a 5-min radius from there. or just...relatively close to downtown
also, i've come to realise that rooming with a fellow TA would be much more convenient than with any random citizen...
we could support each other with records...parties, et al.

| Yeah, too early! Everyone I know (including myself) is moving or is able to move (b/c of ending leases) in September. |

that was just a generalisation for anyone who might have been interested.
i'm a male..
willing to room with either gender.
i have a budget of 400-600..but that's even negotiable, depending on the place we decide to rent. we would look into that during the whole month of july while i'm there; and august, if need be.
i can either move in in august or september, whichever accomodates you.
in terms of rooming, i'm quite liberal. i don't mind smoking. and i certainly don't mind having a dj as a roommate, hence posting this here. i don't mind parties either. decent amounts of silence at times would be nice. only at times.
then there are the usual requests that come with the deal: cleanness, etc. i actually wouldn't mind sharing the food bills, and everything that comes with the apartment; including those usual responsibilities. i'm all for it.
