reason and VST

| is there any way to use VSTi softsynths with reason? as far as i know the only way is to use cubase, rewire, and reason together, but i dunno if thats just goin on in my head or what. |

| No, short of making the melodies and then saving the files as wav. file and running them back through the sampler. If you use rewire and cubase, then you can bring selected channels into cubase and then run your vst instruments on other channels. But I think reason waw designed to run as is, without the need for exterior instruments and effects |

that sux that reason doesnt support VST though. those softsynths can be 1337 :( |

The only real way to use Reason along with a VSTi is to get hold of a copy of Propellerheads 'ReWire' and link reason to another sequencer such as 'Cubase' which has VSTi plug-in capabilities and use it that way.
No other way I'm afraid :'( (unless props decide to add it in the next reason update) |
