First I'd like to say to all the tranceaddicts out there and to Swamper: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!
And I want to know how your evening was and what song you heard at the stroke of midnight, I was surprised cuz the dj played a lot of trance, but at 2'o'clock I was too drunk and than I was kicked out of the party.
Nevermind I had a good time.

WHEE! I had the best new year's eve so far! I was a bit nervous since I didn't have tickets to any events on Sunday morning. Well, luckily I managed to get them from my friends. Started off by going to trance-rave with around 1500+ people. The sets they played were AWESOME! And not just trance but nu nrg and some really really banging stuff (hmm, I want to know what's that song which has a vocal sample which says "bad ass", really kicking!). First I thought I should get drunk, but decided to give up on that coz I wanted to dance and the amount I had already consumed didn't seem to have much effect on me =) I have no clue what the song played at midnight was called, but at least it wasn't an anthem.
The first event was around 6 hours for me... then one hour chillout at McDonald's with my friends and then straight to after-party (started at 5am). That Illusions gig was definitely one of the best parties for a long time! The best Finnish DJs were around to play wicked sets and at 9am I was about to collapse :) Damn, I wish there was some kind of system for showing the name of the song being played since I heard great new tracks but don't know the track names...
Around 10am I was so exhausted that I had to head home... after 12h+ of partying. Heh. A great start for the new year!
Positive things: extremely good-looking girls, excellent track selections, good atmosphere, people weren't too drunk, air conditioning worked(!)
