I know ripping is illegal , and its trully a bad thing to do. We should support the Artists and their music if we like it. However, not everybody can afford themself buying CDs/Vinyls every month/week, and after all im sure they love the music as much as we do, so why denying them from downloading ripped music ( which is available for free ), or buying ripped CDs which are cheeper than the originals. Sorry, but this is how i see it.
Peace. |

Just to put my .02 in: I download all songs before I buy them. I buy an immense amount of vinyls, especially in the past month or 2, but I always support the artists. I think downloading/uploading is essential in buying the record, cause else, why would you buy something you haven't heard.
And if I were to rip a song, which I have no reason to, I would never put it up on this board for everyone to point me out, that was pretty stupid.
peace,

Nice point of view, but I do think after you listening the song you like is either buying or deleting it from your machine..
I have mp3s on mine, can't lie here but, of course I support the artists as much as I can - buying or deleting is a simple way to support them. |
