It's Friday and I feel like I just want to crawl under the covers and rest. Not normal. So much is going thru my mind that I feel like reality is starting to set in on certain aspects of life. Ever feel like you've made the biggest mistake of your life sometimes? :(

just venting....

no regrets, you are who you are because of what you have experienced good or bad.

Life wont necessarily get betta, its all a learning curve.

Its how you handle it and what you do with it is where it makes the difference.

so far its been getting alcohol poisoning. I couldnt (believe me i tried) drink even 1 beer for 6 months took me about 8 months to be able to drink 2, about a year and a half for 6.Then i went to scotland for 2.5 months last summer and I got it alllllll back. been almost 3 years now and I still cant handle tequila. Oh i take shots of it, but my body doesnt like it at all, and it used to be my favorite!

you have no idea how much not drinking F*#@#S your social life.

Do you think anxiety might try to convince you that you are making the wrong choices in life -when on the contrary- you really aren't?

I like the phrase "Its time to toss the dice" before I do anything.

afterwards the thing you say is "The dice are out of the cup"

you can still analyze it but it should go about to the length of either "oops" or "word"

Of course, people think that Patrick Bateman from American Psycho was modeled after me, but when you get the quasi-fatalistic attitude of what the hell can I do now about it you lose anxiety and remorse.

Hehe one time a manager was trying to chew me out so I looked him right in the eye and said "what would you like me to do about it?" he said "dont do it again" i said "check" and walked out.

Im rambling here, but the whole point is that if you stop feeling bad about poor decisions the anxiety goes away.
