k...what is the best FREE prog to edit .gif files? Where can I find it online?

I tried Ulead, cant figure it out. tried paintshop..couldnt figure it out...Guess im an idiot =)
k..if somebody knows how to change(edit) a .gif I ripped from a page, plz help me out...all I wanna do is chop a bit off the bottom and make the background black...n I cant do it! The .gif is soo short, its like 7 seconds!

ya i agree j_spot
i tried gif animator & it wasn't very intuitive or easy to navigate at all...and i've used a number of bitmap programs :p:p:p
...needless to say, ended up uninstalling it
...i had an old program called lviewpro, that was quite good, there was a second version but i haven't tried that one...i used to use it just for viewing, but it had editing too...there was cropping but i'm not sure about fill...for viewing i think acdsee is now the best...very fast!!!!! :):):) |
