not the best, man :D
the best are the new Technics!!! get a pair of those!!! forgot the model name.......

actualy, it depends on the use for them.......
DJing - Technics
just listening - I think Senheiser are good for that :D

well, you must have a very weak neck then....... I have a pair of V700....... and I'm very satisfied from them
awsome isolation, great sound quality, comfortable, durable (if you know how to take care of them, and don't drop, step on, or smash them or anything)........

but they're a little expensive.......

v700 expensive? 99usd online...is there anything better? like waay better for djing? a couple hundred dollars? something top top of the line. advanced wireless headphones would be awesome.

Go here: http://www.sapphires.co.uk/cgi-bin/...ory=Headphones&

to see the top of the line headphones. U can also read review on each pair from other DJ's. Remember, the more expensive a pair is does not mean its the rite one for u ;)

In your post you did not specify the use for these headphones that you want.. so I'm gonna assume you just want them for listening (not DJ, monitor, etc).

You want the best of the best? Here's my list:

Sennheiser Orpheus
-these are the best headphones in the world. period. they also come with their own tube amp. but I have a feeling they may be out of your price-range $14,900.00 USD.

Sennheiser HD600
-great sound. especially with the custom cardas upgrade.

AKG K1000
-these things are ugly, but they sound amazing. what can I say.

Sony CD3000
-well rounded phone, spectacular sound, clear, defined, well ballanced.

Beyerdynamic DT880
-This phone has a deep and well defined bass and a smooth transition of all frequency ranges. It allows for hours of comfortable listening.
similar to the CD3000, and a close rival.

Audio Technica ATH-W1000
-Easily the best looking headphones on the market. They arn't bad sounding either ;)

Grado RS-1
-known for their upfront impact, great for hard music, and especially rock.

There are also many other good headphones out there, these are just some of the best I've come across. Of course, to truely experience the sound capabilities of these, you will need a pretty good headphone amp. The kevin gilmour series comes to mind, and also a maxed meta42.
Busy Child
depends if you want phones for djing or just listening. . . . different things we are talking about.
