QUESTION: What are all the sub-categories electronica?

Chillout
Eurodance :rolleyes:


But then there are those who classify progressive as it's own genre. And where does chillout fit? Where does Danny Howells's 24/7 album fall into?

Nice... but I more confused now. Shouldn't trance have it's own mark? And since when is hop hop considered electronica?

hip hop is produced the same way as most electronic genres are produced. therefore because it is electronically made, and is also a form of dance music, it is considered electronic music. think about it : drum machines, hihats, lots of samples, MC's, and roots with disco. yup thats electronic dance music
