Hear hear... but its hard to review them.. especially since Sony don't like to test their products to the open market... they only let Techies like ppl from Cnet review their products and so forth..
Booo.. i want to LISTEN TO THEM hoocked up to my mp3 player... not just the wizzbangs they consider as eye candy...
Well thats how the thing is down here anyways |

I guess sound quality is only second to how these make you look in front of other people.
| quote: | | "Solid" is designed for the house and trance fan - from ravers and techno junkies to cutting edge fashionistas - these headphones get it. |
The headphones don't "get it" and neither do Sony. Not everyone who listens to trance is a raving fashion fanatic.
| quote: | | Their open-air, clip-on design is headband-free, so they slip directly onto the ear and won't interfere with your hairstyle. |
Although this is comfortable, it lets in a lot of outside noise and people around you are forced to hear your music when you've turned up the volume to compensate for this noise.

Marketing hype / mumbo-jumbo

Useless on consumer audio.

LMAO! Magically, the gold and black edition of these are designed for "jazz and r&B fans" :stongue: Check it out (taken from the site):
"Perfect for the jazz club diva or smooth-moving R&B man, "Liquid" offers the best way to listen to velvet notes and soulful melodies."
Oh, and the blue and silver ones are for hip hop and rock :conf: Yes, for that hard pounding bass and that electric guitar these headphones have been designed specifically for that.
"If you have an active lifestyle, and the heart pounding bass of Hip Hop and Rock are what you crave, "AIR" will breathe new life into your songs." |
