I remember reading somewhere that she is a very musical person. i.e. composing and playing classical piano @ a very young age. I wouldn't be too suprised if that was the case - IMO, being a "musical" person, one would quickly and easily adapt to most forms of music-related activities.

Back on the REAL topic - theres Paddies(?? im guessing the name - its an irish pub!) around the corner on george street, but im ed if i know any other pubs in the immediate vicinity of gas..... Give me the rocks, oxford street or town hall and i can name you any number of good cheap pubs, why then cant i think of any near gas???? :conf: :conf: I think i need to develop a new pub crawl route!!! :D:D:D |

Im joking ofcourse. I went there last night for a few drinks and it was such a blast from the past. Im 21 and i felt like one of the oldest people in the entire place.

Basically there aren't any .. Paddy McGuire's is a hole but is just around the corner, a bit further away is the City RSL.. but in general there just aren't any pubs in that part of the city :( |

I suppose theres always the Civic Hotel (i think thats the name???) just a bit further up Pitt street.....
or depending on how energetic everyones feeling, we could pick a pub in the city and walk down - it isnt really that far....:rolleyes:
theres a pub opposite arthouse (cant remember the name) which has $3.50 spirits, or sumtin like that..... cheap = GOOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!! :D:D |

I remember going to the shark bar ("Sydney's best dance music" written on the flyer :)) before two tribes. Oxford st isn't that far away to be able to walk, alternatively one of those bistro places would work. |

Civic would be OK but will be packed with wankers in suits at that time on a Friday... :(
How's about City RSL .. its also pretty cheap, and a bit quieter so we don't have to shout at each other :D |
