sorry but IMO tracks like project medusa vs. exor - moonshine or Dirty sticky floors are a bit cheezy to start with...boring...
everybody know them, in fact they are not for "starting a set".
You should use something more atmospheric, more chilling like these:
Monothy - Monothistic
Humate & Rabbit in the Moon - South
Bermuda triangle - Mooger fooger
Second hand satellites - Orbit remixes
or anything from Aural imbalance, Bart van Wissen or Peter Benisch. |

I've never DJ'ed so if this is a bad suggestion, just ignore it.. but what about something like Delerium - Silence (Sanctuary Mix).
I know it's an older song, but it seems to have a good, progressive, buildup.. |
