AHH help! Winamp 2.xx stopped working

I woke up this morning...was ready to throw on some good new tunes I downloaded overnight and discovered my Winamp 2.81 wouldn't work anymore. Stupid thing kept freezing up, so I thought it might have been the Audiomatch plug-in causing the problem and totally uninstalled everything. Then I went to the Winamp site and downloaded their newest version in the 2.xx series...STILL did not work :(
So I decided to try Winamp 3 and it works but I hate the program and want my old Winamp 2 back :whip: Has anybody else had this problem or know how to fix it? :( |

| did u try 2.92? or maybe u have too many mp3s on your playlist. i heard winamp have problem with over 5100s mp3 on one playlist |

| Just try reinstalling it, or if worse comes to worse format your drive. |
