Reason ReWire start-up error message

Hey guys
I'm completely new to the whole production stuff so I was installing Reason 2.5 to try it out. But after installing it I get this error message:
"Can not open ReWire2 System. Please make sure you have the right ReWire version installed"
What may be wrong? What is ReWire? Do I need additional software? I'm running windows XP, if that helps. Hope you can help me!

What was the problem mate, im guessing some bad file with reason ? |

ReWire is basically a function of allowing you to connect Reason upto Cubase, saves you mixing down audio and importing them into cubase, you can now actually link the two together !

| I think it was some problem concerning old ReWire.dll files because I had Rebirth installed and it causes some problems. So I uninstalled Rebirth, Reason, deleted all ReWire.dll files and re-installed Reason again. |
