what are the diffrences between cubase sx/sl/xtc and whatever other bundles exist out there???

Cubase SX is the full version
Cubase SL is a limited function version I think. Its the cheaper one.
Cubase VST is the version/versions before Cubase SX
There is also Cubasis which is often shipped with other equipment if I'm not mistaken
