Don't worry, the trance in everyone's pants will make you feel right at home. ;)

well i learned how to spin using CDs/mp3s but i am just making the switch to vinyl.

vinyl is oldschool... new school... VINYL is CLASS...
Out of humble 1 year experience i have in DJing, there is no such thing as right or wrong.. but it's rather what feels good and what is doable given ur skills, ur financial situation and ur personal prefrence... also if u plan on being mobile... spin at clubs or just house parties...

what wins though is Vinyl with CDs all in one setup.. Why fight when they can be friends?:thepirate arrrr

well Vinyl is for sure cool and I'd sure love to learn spinning Vinyl, however DJing is not more than just a hobby to me, messing around and stuff or spinning at a small-medium party, so I guess CDs do the trick for me. Plus there's this whole money thing, vinyl is just too expensive

at least we know that if there was a trancaddict event or a TAfestival that there would not be a lack of DJs to play
or partiers to dance.
:)
