| Does anybody out there know of any good websites or someplace I can find some nice sounding drum samples? I have Native Instruments Battery but I have no drum sounds to use it with. Any help is much appreciated. |

Here's my opinion: Get a samples CD. I got one for $30 with pro drums, basses, etc.
If you just go hunting on the web this is a pretty useless and silly thing to do if you're serious about your work. Most sites are crap and you have to dig throug them to find something that's actually downloadable, and even if you do find something it's more than likely to be amateurish/inferior (e.g. on a site like djsamples.com).
I myself used to search for samples on the web and sites like djsamples.com, then I grew tired and realized it's just silly and not worth it. Buy a CD. Professional sound from the box, no stupid searching... |
