Its been more the a month and I still haven't found the track I heard talla spin at Glow in DC, so ill try again
Its slow trance , Male vocals "I hear Music in My Mind, It ' taking over"
Talla played it mid way through his set, sort of as he finished his first selection of songs, then let the crowd scream and he started with this ing track
