| i just recently graduated from UCONN (universtiy of connecticut) with comp. engineering degree, but i have always wanted to become a chef and eventually have my own restaurant... so i will be going to either FCI in NYC or CIA in upstate NY... im not 100% sure where yet. ... i know i know.. waste of a degree.. oh well :rolleyes: |

my boyfriend graduated culinary school last year from the art institute(philly)....i would definately check that school out...it is formally the new york restaurant school(in NYC)....his culinary education is superb...plus a lot of the chef instucters moved from philly to new york to teach there...he is an excellent chef........although CIA is great school; it is out in the middle of nowhere:( he checked that school out too....check out the art institute if you really are interested, they are located all over the country too :D

| graduated from Universtiy of Washington, doing architecture....UDUB!!! and then loved school soo much enrolled myself in Parsons school of design to do graphic design there.... one more year left here in the apple.... maybe i just don't want to grow up...(?_?) |
