| I'll be the first to say that female vocals are far superior to male vocals. What I'm wondering is if there are any male songs that compare? If anyone thinks a male song is worth mentioning please post it!:eyespop: |

theres one on the site
Velvet Morning (Micro de Govia Remix) - Kyau vs Albert
thats a pretty cool track. also
On a High (Gabriel and Dresden Love from Humboldt Mix) - Duncan Sheik
Female vocals are just more common and versatile. the male vocal is too low and cant hit many high notes associated with the uplifting feeling of trance music. doesnt make it any better or worse though |

I dunno about male vocals not being able to hit the high notes associated with trance music .. personally I just find female voices more appealing simply cos their voices are sooo sexay :D
That said, Dave Gahan - Dirty Sticky Floor (JXL Rmx) is a pretty good male vocal track .. DMB - Space Between is another good one.... |

| I agree that male vocals aren't that well suited for trance, but there are some places where they really work well.Besides, female vocals often tend to sound so run of the mill and similar to every other track that it makes me wanna hurl. Green Court feat. De/Vision - (Take) My Breath Away (Chrome Remix) is a good example where it male vocals work very well. |
