OK this is a Prank call that someone did..to a someone saying that their there neighbor and that they want him to stop stealing his paper every mourning......and this guy doesnt know what the hell this guy is talking about.....he sounds like hes asian and can speak english well.... and it gets more intense every min...... witness your self ....and tell me what you think?
