Yes! I usually do, but in this particular case I didn't - very foolish of me, the price of the vinyls must have eluded me somewhat hehe :)

This is for everyone in general :)

As someone who does Internet Security at a bank (a job that has to be taken seriously, which is why I have NERF weaponry on my desk...) the general rules of thumb for shopping on the net are:

* if the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is
* if you receive ANY sort of certificate warning, don't transact there until you have sorted it through another channel (ie, if it's your bank, call the helpdesk and check the certificate thumbprint, don't try to sort it through the 'net)
* ALWAYS check the certificate (you do, don't you?)
* Be very careful to check out the P3P (Privacy Policy) for the site
* If it sounds dodgy, don't do it :)
* If you can't find a Bricks'n'Mortor backing for it, like a telephone contact and address, don't touch it

For the geekier geeks, you should also do a quick dig and netblock check on a site you're transacting with for the first time, especially for large amounts of dollars :)

And don't mail any of those stupid chain letters to your friends. :whip:

Oh. Oops, gotta watch myself when ranting ;)

Oh, and lastly, but most importantly, get it from vinylwarning instead of some dodgy a*** site you've found in Latvia :)
Ghostface
certificate? :o
