What can i do on July 4th??

Damn, i had tickets to go see mauro picotto at red grand opening,
BUT, i just found out that he is not going to be there.:whip:
now i don't know where to go on July 4th. Im soo pissed.
is there anything FUN going on on July 4th? |

Ouch. That sucks. Where's DJ Tranz - ClubRed is like this thing.
Anyhow, some alternatives...
DJ Disciple at the Beat Suite......he has done a lot of good tracks that I like, but I don't know he is as a DJ.
Julius Papp at Circus
Or just enjoy the evening and go see Carl Cox Saturday. |

I kinda wanna go see Carl Cox on July 5th,
but damn, my gf scheduled her work for 4th,
so she works evening on 5th. it sucks.
maybe i'll just go see fireworks or something on july 4th :( |

Sorry dude, it had nothing to do with us. We are certainly very dissappointed that he won't be there, but more than that, 'cause it didn't give us enough time to book any big name talent. So what we are doing is a FREE night b4 11pm. Simply show up early enough to fill out a contact mailer card(we do not sell your name to anyone, it is solely for RED only promotional items, such as free tix to future events, discounts and etc) and be at the ticket booth b4 11pm and you get a free entry ticket for that night.
Main Room -- Techno, Trance, Progressive Trance, with DJ Sinisha, DJ Jeff Yen(2nd Floor Taipei) DJ Kosho, and DJ Wedoe
RED Room -- Deep Progressive House, Deep Progressive Trance, Techouse with Simon Sez, DJ Gruven, DJ Hendo, and Brian McGuire
Basement Room -- 1980's Flashback and Electroclash with Jeremy Dawson and special Guests.
Mauro promised to reschedule asap and he also promised to make it up to us, how we don't know yet. Here is a letter from his management:
From Mauro’s management:
“Dear RED and RED Guests,
It is with our deepest regret to inform you that Mauro Picotto will not be able to play at his gigs on the 3rd & 4th of July. Mauro has had some serious personal problems of late and thus have built up to a level that he has to sacrifice some of his time to try and resolve the problem.
Again, we can only apologise and we will try and accommodate yourself and your clients as much as possible with finding a resolve to this and to try and reschedule this date in order to sustain a good working relationship.

it's cool, i know it's not you guys fault. i just was so excited about this, but if he is gonna reschedule for a red event, i'll just hold on to this and go see him later if he reschedule.
Anyway, do you know if I can keep this ticket even though i dont have actual ticket?(i paid for it, and they should have it on their list) are they still gonna remember after couple of months until mauro picotto comes back? |

yeah they did. thats how i found out that mauro picotto wasnt gonna be there. i just decided not to get refund and wait till he reschedule. i'm just guessing that if he ever does, i could just bring the e-mail recipt for july 4th event and they would let me in.
