Thanks burns, I can't believe I missed reading that interview!

Pretty impressive utilization. |
What I really wanted was a link to the interview where this was said (as burns provided). I was not doubting that he used floops though.
The thing is, I wouldn't call it "pretty impressive utilization." That would imply fruity were somehow at a disadvantage to cubase or logic or any other "pro" sequencer. You get the same sound regardless which sequencer it comes from, anyways. |

i wouldnt say disadvantaged. i would say: its harder to get a pro sound out of fruity, rather than competing software. however, it is entirely up to the producer to get a good sound, not the program. people could spend years with logic and just make crap, but same with any program. |

wow, Concord Dawn. I love their stuff. All these famous producers! This is great! Ive always been under the impression that people thought Fruity was a bit noobie (even tho im still discovering new stuff 2yrs on!) Its really great to know what can be achieved with this program and the limit is in effect my own imagination.

Really? This is quite an interesting statement.
I also happen to know that it is one you can't substantiate. |

I have no idea why you say that and I really don't think it's true. |

I dont know why people aways argument about these personal matters.
These "Are (insert program name here) better than (insert another program name here)?" never ends and never gets anywhere...
It all depends on how u do your stuff, may be harder or easier for each person...
Kinda like discuss who likes Dreamweaver best than Front Page, the eternal rivality.
And its getting kinda out of topic cuz the goal here was to know cool artists that uses fruity, right?
Btw, Eugene, u got to hav the hottest avatars on the forum, lol!!
:haha: |

Hi all.
First time here, interesting topic.
And you would be surprised how many artists do use fruity as a sequencer.
I know for a fact Reverb from S.H.O.K.K and Fluticht do use
that sequencer.
Klasic and I even use it. Been using it for all our production
and its a amazing program to use, it doesn't mater what you use it's all up there in the head and ideas you have.
Look at all the old Hardcore tracks etc. They used ataries and amegas and that was it with old old mod trackers.
These days you are an elitest producer if you use Cubase/Logic
hahaha I find that very sad that people are so neive to think like that. All sequencers are the same.
